PASTIS opened in Historic Roswell on Canton Street in 1998. We offer savory, affordable, Casual Bistro French Fare that foodies adore, mouth watering appetizers, and succulent desserts. Tuesdays are Featured $9 Bottomless Wine, the only day you can drink cheaper in a restaurant than at home. Wednesdays are $4 Moscow Mules anyway you like. We feature live Music Tuesday through Saturday and Sunday Night Jazz. We also have a Sunday Brunch with $12 Bottomless Mimosas and when weather permits two outdoor patios. The restaurant has three private dining rooms and can accommodate private parties up to 150.
