5 Best Road Races in Wisconsin!
Get some fresh Wisconsin air in your lungs, do a little stretching and prepare for some thrilling running races. From Boston Marathon qualifiers, to the more playful turkey trots, to others that feature live music and plenty of free goodies, the Badger State caters to a varied crowd of runners. Cellcom Green Bay Marathon, Green Bay, WI
The Cellcom Green Bay Marathon is held at Lambeau Field. Choose between a 5K, half marathon, full marathon. Runners start on the outside of the stadium, fulfill their race requirements and end by taking a lap inside of historic Lambeau Field.
Brewers 5K, Milwaukee, WI
Join the Milwaukee Brewer’s famous race in and around Miller Park for a 5K run or walk. Earn a free t-shirt with your registration. Participants can also redeem a voucher for a Terrance Reserved ticket to select Brewer home games.
Madison Marathon, Madison, WI
Located in Wisconsin’s capitol city—the Madison Marathon takes you past Lake Monona and Lake Mendota. A free t-shirt, medal, race photos, and beer are included in the race registration fee.
Wisconsin Marathon, Half Marathon & 5K, Kenosha, WI
The Wisconsin Marathon, Half Marathon, and 5 K are in Kenosha. The Wisconsin Marathon features a lakeside view and a competitive feel. Participants receive a Big Cheese Medal, and the top three men and women finishers receive an additional prize.
Eau Claire Marathon, Eau Claire, WI
These marathons in Eau Claire feature their city streets, bike trails, and a few river crossings. Medals are given out to those who complete the race before the time runs out. Post race refreshments and massage areas are available at the end of the race.
