Bugline Trail, Menomonee Falls, WI

This trail is eight feet wide (perfect if you love personal space) and goes from the Village of Merton to Menomonee Falls. The entire trail takes about five hours to complete. Dogs are welcome on this trail, and it can be quieter during off-peak times.

Copper Falls State Park, Mellen, WI

In the winter months, the park has over 10 miles of cross-country trails. Snow conditions are excellent since it’s inside the lake effect of Lake Superior.
