Quest Brewing Company
55 Airview Dr, Greenville, SC
Mission and Vision:
Our mission at Quest Brewing Company is to produce unique, quality beers that are second to none.  We operate in ethical and environmentally friendly standards while hand-crafting our products. At QBC's production facility, we strive to be a destination for the exquisite craft beer lover and a hub for the area's foodies. Our goal in creating a treasured regional brewery is enhanced by being a sustainable, low-impact, and environmentally friendly company. We strive to use locally sourced goods whenever possible in order to minimize our carbon foot print and strengthen the local economy.
The vision for Quest Brewing Company is to become a premium craft beer brand in the Southeast. We wish to grow the company slowly and steadily while keeping our core values intact.
History:
Quest Brewing Company officially started becoming a reality in January 2012. That is when Don Richardson and Andrew Watts met for the first time; each with thoughts of opening up a microbrewery in Greenville, SC. Both had put together plans for their company vision and, as luck would have it, those plans mirrored each other! The two joined forces and Quest Brewing Company was founded.
Once the business was formed, a brewery name was needed. After weeks of brainstorming, the name 'Quest' rose to the top of our list. We wanted a name that emulates that passionate and adventurous spirit of the Greenville community.

Conquest Brewing Company
947 S Stadium Road, Columbia, SC
About Us:
Conquest Brewing Company is the embodiment of an idea. The idea that beer should be more than a beverage, more than an alcohol delivery system. The idea that the long, painful history of mankind has many common threads woven throughout it, and one of these threads is beer. While it is arguably not the most important thread of civilization, it is one of the chief building blocks thereof.
We at Conquest Brewing Company continue the proud tradition of so many saints and vagabonds, lords and serfs before us: the tradition of crafting, and enjoying, the most complex and inviting, the most approachable and esoteric beverages the world has ever known.
Our beers pay homage to bygone times of war and peace, to tales both fantastic and dreadfully real. We believe that the onward march of history will show that in the end, honor is what makes a man, and taste is what makes a beer- not marketing, not hype. Taste. And we do not intend to be lost to the annals of history.

Seminar Brewing
551 W. Lucas St, Florence, SC
About Us:
Seminar Brewing LLC is a partnership of three brewers: Bryan Fisher, Travis Knowles and John Mattheis, along with business partner and project manager Dave Peters. Collectively, the brewers have over twenty-two years of brewing experience. We've spent the last four years fine tuning our hand crafted ales, and are now brewing them for the fine people of Florence, Myrtle Beach, Charleston, Sumter, Columbia, Lexington, Aiken, Greenville and Rock Hill, South Carolina.
We've created an exciting standard tap list, along with a solid reservoir of recipes for special releases and seasonal ales. Our 8.5 barrel brew house is supplemented by a Sabco Brew-Magic system, for further recipe development, refining and small batch releases.
We've traveled across the United States and beyond, and we share the excitement of the burgeoning craft beer renaissance. We think our palates and brewing skills are ready to bring Florence its first production brewery. We keg for distribution to local restaurants and bars, including our next door friends at Red Bone Alley. Our tasting room is open Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 6:30pm-9:00pm, where you can sample all our beers and enjoy a tour of our brewing facilities.
We're fortunate to live in the golden age of craft beer in America. Never has so much fresh, exciting and local craft beer been produced. It's an explosion that has paralleled the appreciation of local foods across the nation, and it has been a big part of reviving the restaurant and bar life of many cities and towns.

New South Brewing Company
1109 Campbell St, Myrtle Beach, SC
About Us:
New South Brewing is a small microbrewery located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, S.C.. Since its beginning in 1998, the mission of New South Brewing has been a simple one: supply those living in or visiting South Carolina with fresh and flavorful ales and lagers. Nearly 15 years later New South Brewing is proud and honored to still be doing what we set out to do. The best part is that making beer is what we love to do!
When we started out being a draft only brewery made sense, because draft beer will always be the freshest way for a brewery to get beer out to the public. As a small brewery, we work very hard to make sure every ounce of beer we make is of the highest quality when it leaves our brewery on Its journey to you. We believed so much in draft beer that it was the only way we packaged our beer for 11 years. In 2009 we added cans to our package lineup. Canning beer is a more laborious, time consuming process for a small brewery, but we are really happy with how fresh our beer stays in the can. We believe that behind draft, cans are the best way for all of our hard work and attention to detail to "shine through" when it gets to you. We hope you enjoy our fresh ales and lagers as much as we love brewing them.
