The Action Park is divided into two areas. The first is a flow course consisting of bowl combinations of varying shapes, depths and heights. The second is a street course with ledges and handrails. The two areas are connected with a 20’ wide sidewalk with all types of obstacles.

Sand Springs Skate Park

A 7,000 square foot custom concrete park with over 24 skating features and drop-ins from ground level to over 7 ½ feet. The skate park, located in the retention pond just south of the Case Community Center, offers obstacles and avenues for skaters of varying abilities...from first-time skaters to the pros. Amid this custom colored concrete surface you’ll find ramps, stairs, grinding rails, ¼ pipes, gaps, banks, hips, bridges, hubba ledges, and multiple artistic skating features protruding the flatwork.
The park is open for free use and was built for you to enjoy! Please help us watch over its use. Have fun and smile, you’re on video surveillance. Park staff has the authority to enforce these rules including ejection from the park.
Park Rules:
- Enter at your own risk!
- Safety gear is strongly recommended
- No outside ramps, boxes, rails, etc.
- No spectators inside the park
- No profanity or horseplay
- No food, drink, tobacco, trash inside the park
- Park is open from dawn until dusk - NO nighttime use
- Skateboards, inline skates and bicycle equipment use only
- No contests of any kind without Parks Department pre-approval
- Equipment used must not damage the park and must pass park staff approval
- Tagging, graffiti, stickers or other means of damaging the park will result in closure of facility
- No pets
River Skate Park

Rules:
- Emergency Phone (will notify Security Officer) is located at entrance gate.
- Proper use of protective gear (wrist guards, elbow and kneepads) is strongly recommended.
- Skaters under the age of 13 should be supervised by an adult.
- Skate parks are prone to flying objects and bodies. All persons within the fenced area must be alert and exercise common sense.
- Know your abilities and skate within them.
- The SkatePark surface is extremely dangerous when wet or hot.
- Spectators - watch from outside of the fenced area. You will be much safer there.
- Alcohol, tobacco and/or drugs are Prohibited. Get your high from the ride!
- Keep food and drinks off the equipment and skating area. Spills jeopardize the skaters.
- Help keep your SkatePark clean. Use the trashcans.
- Be considerate of the surrounding property by skating only inside the fenced area and avoiding excessive noise.
- Keep pets safe, leashed and outside of the fenced area.
- Tulsa Parks may close the SkatePark without notice for lessons, maintenance repairs or other unforeseeable circumstances.
- Be cool and follow the rules! Violation may result in loss of skating privileges.
Nienhuis Skate Park

The Skate Park is one of the most popular recreation spots in Broken Arrow. The concrete skate park, is open from dawn to dusk, seven days a week, 365 days a year. The park consists of a large bowl, a street scene area and several walls and ramps to test your ability. Skateboards, bicycles, scooters and roller skates are all welcome to use the facility. Proper use of the facility is posted and a surveillance camera is used to monitor patrons. The park is self-regulated. Protective gear is strongly encouraged.

Located in the Ben Johnson Cultural Park on Lynn Avenue, (two blocks north of Main and Lynn and adjacent to the Gazebo, this premier skate Boarding Park is focused toward healthy activities for families and kids. The "Make It Happen In Pawhuska" Committee, City of Pawhuska, Chamber of Commerce, Osage Casino, local kids and a prestigious Tony Hawk Grant funded our Park, which was built by Native SkateParks LLC. Skating is free and at your own risk. Helmets, padding and safety precautions are always recommended.
