The Wrigley Mansion is a Spanish Colonial style mansion and breathtaking landmark located atop a hill above the Biltmore Hotel in Phoenix. The Mansion is available for your dining pleasure as well as for your special events. We offer banquet (social & corporate) events accommodating up to 1,500 people, and there is no better place to have a wedding than this grand mansion. Our late owner Geordie Hormel and his wife Jamie Hormel purchased the mansion in 1992 with a goal that it would always be a place where anyone can be a guest and enjoy one of the premiere landmarks of Phoenix.
The Wrigley Mansion is the residence of William Wrigley, Jr., founder of Wrigley’s chewing gums. The Spanish Colonial style mansion was designed by architect Earl Heitschmidt with a budget of $1.2 million. It consists of 24 rooms, 12 bathrooms, and is over 16,000 feet in area. In July of 1992, the mansion was sold to Geordie Hormel who made the residence a place for conventions, meetings, and other similar functions.
