Welcome Diner, Phoenix, AZ

The Welcome Diner is made from a Valentine Diner from Wichita Kansas. The entire diner only consists of nine stools and a large patio. What it lacks in size, however, it makes up for in flavor. The Welcome Diner is known for their made from scratch biscuits, including the famous “Sunrise” made with bacon, fried egg, cheddar, arugula, and aioli. They also sell a mix of fun foods like jambalaya and poutine.
