Cox Farms, Centreville, VA

The Cox Farm in Centerville hosts a season-long fall festival, complete with a corner market and pumpkin patch. One of the longest-running festivals in the state, the Cox Farm Festival includes the pumpkin patch, hayrides, and Fields of Fear for the bravest amongst you.

Back Home on the Farm, Harrisonburg, VA

Located in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley just outside of Harrisonburg, Back Home on the Farm has events all year. On Halloween, they throw the annual Great Pumpkin Party, complete with trick or treating around the farm all day long. Costumes are encouraged. Stay late for the Halloween Haunt, one of the "most immersive haunted attractions in the Mid-Atlantic region."

Not only do they have the pumpkin patch and wagon rides, but also giant hill slides, moon bounces, and camel rides. Exotic animals, including lemurs, African cats, and tortoises are on display, too.

Marker Miller Orchards Pumpkin Festival, Winchester, VA

The Marker-Miller Pumpkin Festival dares you to "come find the great pumpkin!" Their bakery offers all kinds of delicious pumpkin treats, including pumpkin pie, rolls, bars, and donuts. Wagon rides are available throughout the grounds, but the huge pumpkin patch is the real treat.
