Jasper County Farmers Market
Jasper Farmers Market Association (JFMA) is operated by a board of local vendors and volunteers. The market completed its tenth year in 2019.
Come early for best selection. Even though market is open Saturday mornings from 8 am to noon during our spring markets and 9 am to 1 pm in the fall, many vendors sell out the first hour. Chat with the vendors if you have questions. They are happy to answer questions about their growing methods and many will tell you their best recipes for cooking with fresh produce.
Market vendors must agree to the bylaws of JFMA, stating that each vendor is responsible for what they sell. Produce should be locally grown, and crafts should be handmade. The only exceptions are for non-profit organizations who want to use market space for a fundraiser. No live animals or pets may be sold. Market managers have the right to refuse any vendor whose items do not meet the criteria of the market.
