About Us:
Fegley's production brewery is located at the Allentown Brew Works - a five-floor brewpub in the heart of downtown Allentown. Our original brewpub is the 270 seat Bethlehem Brew Works at the corner of Main and Broad in America's "Christmas City
Our breweries operate from 100% renewable energy sources powered by our 42-kilowatt rooftop solar array in center city Allentown and renewable energy credits purchased from American wind farms. We also help close the circle by re-harvesting and upcycling all spent grain produced in our brewing operation. Utilized as feed for locally raised (Bethlehem, PA) cattle, this byproduct returns as fresh, local beef that is enjoyed by our guests.
Victory Brewing Company
420 Acorn Lane, Downingtown, PA
About Us:
The story of Victory Brewing Company starts on a school bus in 1973 when fifth-graders Ron Barchet and Bill Covaleski stepped aboard, on their way to a new school. The two became fast friends and remained so, even as they grew up and went to college on opposite coasts.
Just months out of college, Bill's appreciation of good beer and access to his father's home brewing equipment inspired him to explore the hobby. That same year (1985), Bill gave Ron a home brewing kit as a Christmas gift. With that, both Bill and Ron developed their love of the craft, and a friendly rivalry grew between the two. The good-natured competition pushed Bill and Ron to become accomplished home brewers, and as they both grew disillusioned with their jobs in the corporate world they realized their combined skill and love of brewing could pave the path to successful careers as brewers.
Ron left his job as a financial analyst and started an apprenticeship at Baltimore Brewing Company (BBC), working under a Dutch-born and German-trained brewer named Theo DeGroen. After working there for nearly a year, Ron had the necessary prerequisites to move on to study at the Technical University of Munich at Weihenstephan.
Immediately upon Ron's departure, Bill took over his emptied role in Baltimore. While Ron was enhancing his German brewing knowledge, Bill was expanding the line of beers produced at the BBC to include several German specialty beers, many of which went on to win multiple awards at the Great American Beer Festival. After his time at BBC, Bill completed his brewing studies by traveling to Munich, Germany to attend Doemens Institute.
After Ron's year of education in Munich, he returned stateside and took a role at Old Dominion Brewing Company in Virginia. Over the course of four year as the brewmaster there, he helped to increase production from 1,500 barrels annually to nearly 15,000.
With knowledge, experience and a love of quality beer in place, Bill and Ron decided they were ready to open their own brewery near where they first met in Pennsylvania.
Victory Brewing Company opened its doors to the public on Feb. 15, 1996. What was once a Pepperidge Farm factory became home to a 144-seat restaurant, 70-foot-long bar and a full-scale brewery. In its first year, Victory Brewing Company brewed 1,725 barrels of beer.
Since then, Victory has increased the size of the restaurant to 300 seats. The brewery has also expanded, producing 125,713 barrels of beer in 2014. As loyal craft beer drinkers continue to show their dedication to flavorful, quality beer, Victory plans to continue its own growth. Onward to Victory!
Tired Hands Brewing Company
16 Ardmore Ave., Ardmore, PA
About Us:
Tired Hands Brewing Company was born in the confines of Jean's parent's garage over eight years ago. He began brewing beer partly out of intrigue, but entirely out of passion. During his college years, his father had turned him on to the hoppy pale ales and IPAs of the West Coast, which eventually led to many months of beer exploration. During this time, he discovered the beautifully dry and expressive farmhouse ales of France and Belgium. After a few months of homebrewing, Jean entered his beer into a local homebrew competition (now one of the nation's largest), and took first place in the Belgian category with his Saison. Upon obtaining a degree in Special Education (a skill set that has been instrumental throughout his brewing career!) from West Chester University, Jean set off to pursue his passion for beer professionally.
He landed a job at Weyerbacher Brewing Company in Easton, Pennsylvania. Through Weyerbacher, Jean learned the ins and outs of brewery management (filtration, bottling, kegging, scrubbing mold, etc.) and made many great friends in the process. He even met his now-wife, Julie Foster, while representing Weyerbacher at a beer festival in Boston. She was a home-brewing college student who was volunteering at the fest.

Chatty Monks Brewing Company
610 Penn Avenue, Reading, PA
History:
It all started with Joe & Rob. Nearly every weekend, there they were, tasting every craft beer under the sun, along with a pint or twenty under the moon. And then they heard the calling from the sky (or perhaps from their empty glasses): "brew, and ye shall be blessed."
Not ones to ignore such powerful signs, they quickly set to work in their Beer Bunker (others might call it a kitchen), concocting their own tasty Belgian style ales. 'Twas but a few weeks later that Joe and Rob ran into Norm, whom, it turned out, was brewing his own stash of multigrain goodness. After collaborating on a couple of brews with Joe & Rob, Norm was lured into the Beer Bunker. So the three Chatty Monks embarked on their quest to achieve Beer Nirvana.

Benny Brew at Marty's Blue Room
100 Old Newport Street, Nanticoke, PA
Out in the country, in the windy swamps, rivers and the waterways of southern Louisiana arose a style of cooking. This is the food of people who lived off the land, hunting, fishing and farming. With a zest for life and a passion for cooking and eating. They became know as the Cajuns, and their food, like their lifestyles, was vibrant, exciting and full of life.
Troegs Brewing Company
200 East Hersheypark Drive , Hershey, PA
When they were young, Chris and John Trogner were always inventing some new way to entertain themselves - like building skate board ramps, dabbling in car top surfing, or creating a homemade cannon. And while their father was always shaking his head at their latest endeavor, you might also catch a prideful smile on his face.
