French Prairie Gardens

Owned and operated by the Pohlschneider Family, French Prairie Gardens & Family Farm started as a road side stand in 1987. In 1995, our farm store was built and have since expanded to what you see today!

We grow 95% of the plants we carry at our onsite greenhouse facilities! We also offer Landscape Design Services, Landscape Maintenance, and a variety of Events out at the Farm!

Meet the Family! The farm is now operated by John and Karren Pohlschneider, their children Eric, Katey, Stacy and their son-in-law Albert.

In addition to French Prairie Gardens & Family Farm we also have a 500 acre Grass Seed, Wheat, Clover and Hazelnut Farm.
