Frederick's Fantastic Oyster Fry, Frederick, OK

This annual festival dates back to 1952, when it was held in Manitou. About 25 years ago, it moved to Frederick. Every year, a member of the committee drives to Port Lavaca, Texas, to bring back freshly caught oysters for the fry. They’ve never run out of oysters, but they serve thousands of people each year. 

Pearl’s Oyster Bar, Oklahoma City, OK

Pearl’s Oyster Bar offers oysters from Mexico. You can get them roasted, raw or fried, as an appetizer or entrée. This restaurant has been offering seafood to Oklahomans for over 30 years. It has a great reputation for a delightful atmosphere, excellent service and food and a modern menu.
