John Carpenter's Prince of Darkness

In the basement of an abandoned church lies a container of a strange green liquid. After the death of priest, a group of local physics students are brought in to investigate. But as the night draws in, the students soon realize that the relic holds a dark force beyond their control that could well be the essence of pure evil: the remains of Satan himself who plans to release his father - an all-powerful Anti-God. Inadvertently unleashing an evil force on all humanity, will these students be able to stop him?
