SHTAP received the J.C. Penny's Golden Rule Award in 1991, the National Endowment on the Arts Challenge America Award in 2003 and the Greater North Dakota Association Leadership Award in 2003.
SHTAP is a member of the North Dakota Council on the Arts, Bismarck-Mandan Chamber of Commerce, Dakota West Arts Council and Institute of Outdoor Drama.

Sleepy Hollow Theatre aims to play a significant role in the welfare and educational growth of our citizens by providing positive opportunities in the arts for young people via training classes, productions and special events. The Sleepy Hollow Theatre& Arts Park site provides a unique outdoor experience under the stars for people of all ages.
In order to accomplish this, Sleepy Hollow selects an outstanding staff of professional actors and teachers who mentor our young people in character-building and technical skills. About Us:
Built in 1926 as a cinema and vaudeville theatre, the beautifully restored Fargo Theatre is now the premiere destination for cutting edge independent and foreign film. The theatre is also Fargo’s hottest downtown venue for concerts, plays and other live events. In spring of 2009, the Fargo Theatre opened a second screen as part of a multi-use urban infill project. The Fargo Theatre is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit management corporation and was placed on the National Register of Historical Places by the United States Department of the Interior.
