Foothills Brewing Tasting Room
3800 Kimwell Dr., Winston Salem, NC
About the Brewery:
It seems simple.
Water. Yeast. Grains. Hops. That's all it takes to make beer. But what we do with those simple ingredients within these walls is what makes us special.
Foothills began brewing beer at our West 4th Street location in March 2005, with three 15-barrel fermenters. Jamie and his brewers managed to crank out 800 barrels of beer that year, and doubled that output the following year.
As demand and production continued to increase, the need became obvious for more space. The solution came in the form of a 48,000 square foot warehouse a few miles away, an old manila envelope factory that was retro-fitted with brewing equipment and became Foothills' main production facility, located at 3800 Kimwell Drive.
Today both brewery locations continue to produce our top-quality beers. We offer weekend tours from our tasting room at our main brewing facility. Conversely, if you ask nicely at the downtown brewpub, you can probably get a peek at the operation.

Ghostface Brewing
215 South Broad Street, Mooresville, NC
About us:
We love beer - EVERYTHING about beer. We love to brew it… admire it… smell it and, of course, taste it. We hope you do, too.
We realize that different types suit different people. Our beers represent the styles we love, and are created using traditional brewing processes. Ghostface Brewing features up to 20 unique and tasty beers along with mead and ciders at any time. We rotate our beers on a regular basis, but will always have a core selection available daily. We always try to have something malty, hoppy, dark and light on tap at all times – so that whatever your preferred style, we have something for you to enjoy.
We also offer gluten-reduced beers for our Celiac and gluten-sensitive friends. Many of our beers are brewed with a special enzyme that removes almost all traces of gluten from the beer and routinely tests below 10PPM (considered safe for Celiacs by the FDA and most good doctors). We had to do it. You see, our owner Suzy has a gluten sensitivity and LOVES beer.
Don’t let the concept of gluten-reduced beers scare you however. Our beers are real beers… made mostly with barley, hops, water and yeast.
We know that there’s a wide world of beer out there and we’re always interested in trying something new… Every beer we make is an experience, and each one unique. They never fail to refresh the body and the spirit.

Divine Barrel Brewing
3701 N. Davidson St. – Suite #203, Charlotte, NC
Here at Divine Barrel we love brewing all sorts of different and unique beers, so you’ll always find a little bit of everything when visiting with us.
What's In A Name?
Divine Barrel Brewing may seem like a straight-forward name, but like everything we do here, there’s always a much deeper intention.
The word “Divine” is derived from some fairly simple definitions. One definition we’re particularly fond of is, “unusually lovely.” All beer should be cared for and nurtured into meeting its full potential. This is as true for fun, experimental beers packed with adjuncts as it is for brewing traditional beers honoring the many who came before us, such as lagers or wood-fermented and aged wilds and sours. The entire process is a crazy combination of brewing prowess, ingredients, time, oak, and some divine intervention from outside forces that all play a role in beers like these becoming greater than the sum of their parts…or, unusually lovely.
The “Barrel” part of our name should be more self-explanatory but shouldn’t be overlooked. We have a growing family of specialty spirits and oak barrels with the ability to harbor wild cultures for our various sour beer projects. They also allow us the ability to age fun beer projects, like luxurious stouts, barley wines, and numerous other clean beers with unique barrel treatments. On top of that, the wood itself becomes an ingredient and offers up some of its own character to these finished beers.
Ultimately, our name came from the combination of our passion for quality beer, much finger crossing, and the unique role wood plays in fermenting and aging in hopes we’ve created something that will be memorable and amazing.

Pilot Brewing
1331 Central Ave., Ste 104, Charlotte, NC
All Small Batch, ALL Rotating All The Time.
Life is a journey with many turning points and milestones. At one of these points, it was finally time for Rachael Hudson to showcase everything she has learned for the past 6 years as a professional brewer.
Trained under award winning breweries such as: Hardywood Park, Left Hand, and NoDa Brewing Company, Rachael decided it was time to showcase everything she has learned on a nano scale.
So together with her husband Jeff, a professional pilot and avid homebrewer, they had a conversation and fueled the beginning of Pilot Brewing.
A slight play on words, Pilot Brewing references aviation, but more importantly focuses on small batch experimental beer. Combined with a 3-barrel Pilot system, and half-barrel “Co-Pilot” system, Pilot Brewing, with minimal focus on core brands, endeavors to expand the boundaries of craft beer by brewing original recipes that represent traditional and experimental styles.
We love Plaza Midwood neighborhood and we’re thankful and proud to be a part of its character as well as maximizing community involvement by partnering with local charities.
Pilot Brewing opens its doors to all, takes pride in being woman-owned, and seeks to lift others up and take up for others. We hope your destination is Pilot Brewing.
Mission Statement:
Our mission at Pilot Brewing Company is to produce unique, quality beers with high standards while using quality ingredients. We operate within ethical guidelines and commit to creating a family-feel environment for our owners, team members and guests alike.
Our passion for the craft is bigger beyond words but we are taking it back to small batch!
Through the use of experimental recipe design, with respect to both modern and traditional brewing techniques, Pilot Brewing provides fresh, local brews one barrel at a time.
Legion Brewing
1906 Commonwealth Avenue, Charlotte, NC
Legion Brewing Company was born from the ethos that sharing good beer with friends is one of life's great pleasures. That spirit of culture is alive in our neighborhood home here in Plaza Midwood. Legion Brewing's goal is to be a constant uniting force of community and great beer here in Plaza Midwood and the greater Charlotte, NC area.
Town Brewing Co
800 Grandin Road, Charlotte, NC
The dream of Town Brewing Company began as four home brewers were holding court in a garage on a Saturday afternoon brew day. The creative juices were flowing, and then a voice broke through the sipping silence, “We should start a brewery.” “Hell yeah” echoed back. Heads nodded. Glasses rose. It was a scene that was happening in garages across the country in 2010 with the sweet smell of steaming malted barley fueling those effervescent dreams.
Fast forward to 2017 and those homebrewers made good on that dream, once again in a garage. In the Wesley Heights Neighborhood of Charlotte an old automotive garage gave home to Town. After a long rehab and countless hours planning Wesley Heights gained its first brewery.
Since then, Charlotte has seen a craft beer explosion. It has been such an overwhelming experience for us here at Town to be part of such a great movement. From Southend, Uptown, NoDa, Plaza Midwood, and all over the Metro Area we started making friends and customers.
Our little neighborhood has grown and so have we. Wesley Heights is now part of a larger submarket called Freemore West, and the West Side as a whole is booming! Our brewery now has statewide distribution in North Carolina and some in South Carolina. Its amazing how much happens when you’re just in a garage brewing beer.
So please stop by and check us out, or find somewhere Town is served in your area. Our biggest hope is that a 6-Pack from our garage one day makes it into yours.

During his studies Dan traveled and tasted his way around Europe, developing a particular passion for Belgian farmhouse beers. With each brew, Dan and Josh strive to combine preservation and innovation to bring the best of both worlds to the South End beer drinking community.
Suffolk Punch Brewing
2911 Griffith Street, Charlotte, NC
An odd and unfamiliar name to most, but one that rings a bell to many equestrians. The Suffolk Punch is a rare, and at one point endangered, breed of horse native to eastern counties of England. It’s a stout and powerful creature with a heritage that goes back further than some textbooks. It’s a workhorse. Through and through. It has nothing to do with beer… (as far as we know) but there was something about the name, the image, and the legacy that rang true to us.
