Manhattan Short Film Festival

Join us on either September , October 2024, when over 100,000 film lovers in over 250 cities across six continents gather in Cinemas, Museums, Libraries and Universities for one purpose to view and vote on the Finalists’ Films in the 27th Annual Manhattan Short Film Festival.

Upon entry, festival attendees are handed a Voting Card and an Official Program. Attendees will view (10) short films and will vote for the ONE Film and Actor they feel should win.  Votes are tallied by each host venue then emailed to Manhattan Short Film Festival’s NYC headquarters.

All films selected will be eligible for an Oscar nomination. Manhattan Short does a full week’s run in one Cinema in the county of Los Angeles. This theatre booking means every film selected as a Finalist in the 2024 Manhattan Short Film Festival will be eligible to enter the Oscars. Manhattan Short is now in compliance with the rules governing the Oscar Awards set forth by the Academy of Motion Pictures of Arts and Sciences. A.M.P.A.S.

This program will last approximately 2 hours, 36 minutes with an 8-minute intermission.
You will view 10 short films.
