Fairview Tree Farm

Our History:

Fairview Tree Farm LLC was established as a choose and cut Christmas Tree Farm and Landscape Construction business in 1989 by Bradley Wells a Shelton native.

We are a family owned business and working farm located in Southern Ct serving residential and commercial customers in Fairfield and New Haven counties.Originally the land was owned by Brad's grandparents Wilson and Gertrude Fair, and has continued as a family farm since 1842.  Today this 60-acre scenic property remains in agriculture for future generations to enjoy. Each year, customers return to harvest their own Christmas trees, visit Santa, and select their holiday wreaths, decorations, and more.  In October, visit with animals, buy pumpkins, mums, and enjoy a fun pumpkin-hunt hayride that may be privately booked for family events and school groups.

In 1997 our annual Haunted Hayride began. This nighttime special ride has become a popular tradition.  In 2014 with the new addition of a haunted walking trail, the entire nighttime haunted events were renamed  Legends of Fear at Fairview Tree Farm.

As an all season working farm, we are committed to providing our customers with quality craftsmanship and products, while preserving the land for both wildlife and future generations to enjoy. Come on down and visit us at the farm!
