5:00 AM - 10:30 PM: Barn Hours

8:00 AM: Needlework & Quilt Judging

8:00 AM: WDGA Dairy Goat Shows Sr. Does

9:00 AM: Youth Horse Arrival

10:00 AM - 6:00 PM: Open Crafted, Visual, Home Arts, and Garden entries accepted

11:00 AM: Cowboy Church

3:00 PM: Youth Dormitories open

4:00 PM: Youth Horses in place

6:00 PM: All Visual Arts, Crafted Arts, Gardening, and Culinary entries in place

Cost:
Single Day Individual Adult (13+): $8
Single Day Individual Child (4 -12): $3
Children age 3 and under: Free
Pioneer Day, Thur, August 15: Free (for individuals 62 years and older with proper identification)
Season Admission Pin (Limited Quantity)
Unlimited daily access for 5 days: $25
