If you are looking for a tried-and-true trail run adventure, look no further. The Wolf Creek Wrangle is infamous for its rough and wild single track, bear sightings, and "Jeff Way" distances. The Jeff Way is the hard way, the cowboy way. If there is a rockslide along the course, it will not be removed-you will find a way over it. If there are tree branches and overgrowth on the trail, they will not be trimmed. You will have to run through it or jump over it. Trails are not groomed and purposefully left wild, for the wild runner. Prepare for the unexpected and know that at the end of the race you will have bragging rights for life. And beer. That's right, nurse your wounds and pride with a cold one or two. You will have earned it. Celebrate your success with us after the race with food and music!

Courses
5 Mile, 7 Mile, 13.1 Mile, 18 Mile
The Wolf Creek Wrangle Trail Run offers 4 challenging distances for runners and hikers- all designed to show racers the "Cowboy" way of life as they run the west.
5 Mile - A beautiful climb up windy canyon that leads you back down to the historic Eatons' Ranch.
7 Mile - Take in breath taking canyon views as you run the west!
Half Marathon - 13.1 miles of challenging terrain, with a beautiful finish at the historic Eatons' Ranch.
30K - This race is not for the lighthearted.

Wolf, WY, The Historic Eatons' Ranch
Located 20 miles outside of Sheridan, WY the historic Eatons' Ranch is nestled under the eastern slopes of the Bighorn Mountains. This ranch encompasses 7,000 acres of gorgeous scenery. Run by 5 generations of heritage, Eatons' strives to offer a western experience, and pass on the Wyoming lifestyle.

4:00pm to 7:00pm: Packet Pick up at Luminous Brewhouse
Saturday, September 21st
7:00am: Half-Marathon & 30K check-in and announcements
7:30am: Half-Marathon & 30k start
8:30am: 5-Mile & 7-Mile check in and announcements
9:00am: 5 mile & 7-Mile start
11:00am to 3:00pm: Join us for the after party! Food, music, beer.
2:00pm: Cutoff for all courses (6.5 hours)
The Wolf Creek Wrangle Trail Run takes place annually on the third Saturday in September, and directly benefits Habitat for Humanity of the Eastern Bighorns, and their affordable housing initiatives.
