It doesn't matter who you bring, just be ready to breathe and laugh together, as well as communicate and support one another in this fun partner yoga class.
Beth Jozwik will be guiding this fun and different style of class where you and your partner will be breathing, building strength, stretching, and moving through a variety of assisted yoga poses. Work hard, but smart to prepare you for the poses, so expect to get a little sweaty.
Tons of modifications and variations will be offered so anyone can do it, regardless of experience. There will even be options to practice partner poses solo if you don't feel comfortable.
Get to know your partner a little better as we finish class with a quick look into the 5 love languages (we all have one)! Whether you come with your friend or significant other, it's valuable to know how you like to give and what you like to receive from your relationships
Partner yoga helps to deepen the impact of a yoga posture. One partner's body weight can be used to increase the pressure of the other partner, improves alignment, balance and posture. Your partner serves you like a mirror, to help you with proper alignment, balance and concentration.
