7 AM - 6 PM: FESTIVAL REGISTRATION at Lander City Park. Find us at the WyoClimbers’ registration booth (the first booth when walking towards the Lions Shelter from the main parking lot) for t-shirt and swag bag pickup, raffle ticket sales, schedule of events, and more!
7 AM - 9 AM: CLIMBERS FOR CHRIST BREAKFAST BURRITOS & SINKS COFFEE under the Lions Shelter in Lander City Park. Bring your reusable mug, plate, and utensils for breakfast and coffee to be entered into our sustainability challenge! This is for ticketed attendees ONLY.
7 AM - 9 AM: DEMO GEAR CHECKOUT at Lander City Park. Stop by assorted brands’ booths to pick up gear demos for the day! All gear must be returned from 2 PM - 6 PM. This is for ticketed attendees ONLY.
8 AM - 9 AM: LANDER YOGA COLLECTIVE: MORNING YOGA FOR CLIMBERS in front of the stage in Lander City Park with Evan Horn. Wake up and warm up your hips and shoulders in preparation for a day of climbing! Enjoy a morning class focused on increasing functional range of motion and increasing stability in the hips and shoulders. This class will combine traditional Yoga poses and functional movement exercises. Modifications are offered for all levels. No sign-up needed! FREE for everyone.

8 AM - 4 PM: CLIMBING CLINICS Check-in at Lander City Park at the WyoClimbers’ booth. Find the sign with your clinic name and gather where your instructor(s) are. Clinics depart at 8:30 AM on shuttles or carpool, and finish at 3 PM, returning to City Park around 4 PM.

10 AM - 3 PM: AAC CLIMB UNITED BOULDERING MEET UP at the Rock Shop. Join the BIPOC Employee Resource Group at NOLS, Salt Lake Area Queer Climbers, Cruxing in Color, SLAQC, and Fat Senders for a FREE day of climbing and community.
We encourage participation from BIPOC and LGBTQ+ climbers within the community. Please note that this is not a guided session, and no official climbing instruction will be provided. That said, we will lean on authentic mentorship within this community. If you’d like to carpool, meet at 9:30 AM at the Lions Shelter in City Park. This event is FREE and you do not need a Festival ticket. Don’t forget to stick around for a post climbing stretch and yoga session with James DuPont next to the Lions Shelter starting at 5 PM.
10 AM - 4 PM: GO CLIMBING! Take time to explore the world-class climbing and the countless quality lines around Lander, WY! If you need help finding partners or a carpool, swing by the WyoClimbers’ booth starting around 9 AM. We’ll also be available to help answer any questions about where to climb and how to get there!
11:30 AM - 2 PM: FOOD VENDORS at Lander City Park. Purchase food from Far East Foodie who will be stationed in the main parking lot or Mr. D’s Catering in the Lions Shelter.
12 PM - 8 PM: TRADE FAIR at Lander City Park with booths from sponsors, artists, food, music, & games! Open to the general public, but contests are for ticketed attendees only. Sign-up at the WyoClimbers’ booth and sponsor booths for most contests (more available than listed here.) Sign-ups close 10 min before each contest and spots are limited!
1 PM - METOLIUS CLIMBING GEAR MAINTENANCE Interested in taking care of and maintaining your climbing gear? Join Eddie Whittemore of Metolius for a clinic about general climbing gear inspection, care, and cleaning! We'll cover gear such as ropes, slings, harnesses, cams and more!

Ongoing - WYOCLIMBERS TRADE FAIR DECATHLON Looking for the ultimate challenge? Our Sponsor-leveled and higher brands are participating in our first annual decathlon. Visit at least 10 booths to compete in their challenge to collect a stamp, and return your completed scorecard to the WyoClimbers’ booth for a special, limited edition prize.
Ongoing - MANTIS BOARD Think you have what it takes to top out a boulder? Test your manteling skills on our custom-made Mantis Board. We’ll have a variety of problems and angles, so warm up your quads!
Ongoing - FLASH TATTOOS WITH BEN SEARS Tattoo extraordinaire and local legend, Ben Sears is partnering up with Melvin and Roadhouse Brewing Co. to provide flash tattoos at the Trade Fair. Stop by the Melvin booth to sign-up.
Ongoing - SHOULDER ROTATION STRENGTH RATIO RESEARCH STUDY Stop by and help with a research study at The Climbing Doctor booth. You’ll also be entered into a strength-based contest!
Ongoing - QUICKDRAW REHAB Is the dog bone on your quickdraw frayed, sun-damaged, or just old? Stop by the OCUN booth to rehab your quickdraw and get that ratty dog bone replaced!
Ongoing - RETIRED ROPE DROP-OFF If you have an old rope taking up space and want to help reduce the footprint that these ropes make, drop it off at the Rubbish Ropes booth!
Ongoing - GEAR DRIVE FOR GLOBAL COMMUNITIES Visit the Global Climbing Initiative booth to support climbers around the world by dropping off climbing shoes, helmets, belay devices, kids’ gear, outdoor backpacks, or new ropes. Used ropes can be recycled at the Sterling Ropes booth!
Ongoing - OMBRAZ SUNGLASSES’ BIG ROCK CONTEST Find the biggest rock you can, bring it to our booth for measurement and whoever can carry, roll or drag the largest rock by the end of the event wins a free pair of our polarized, armless sunglasses. Only one rock per participant, and it must be found during the event.
Ongoing - Sponsor Challenges Visit various sponsor booths to compete in their Climbers Festival challenges, win prizes, take part in sweep stakes and check-out their new gear/products!
5 PM - 8 PM: FOOD VENDORS at Lander City Park. Purchase food from Far East Foodie and Dos Salitos who will be stationed in the main parking lot or Mr. D’s Catering in the Lions Shelter.
7:30 PM - 8:30 PM: BLACK DIAMOND COCKTAILS AND CAMPFIRE Join Black Diamond athlete and legend, Russ Clune, and the father of Smith Rock sport climbing and of equal legend-status, Alan Watts! Come lounge around the fire, sharing stories, and drinks. You can also snag yourself a signed copy of Russ’ book “The Lifer.” The first 20 ticketed participants at the event will get a custom BD and 2024 ICF branded Yeti!
8:30 PM - 10:30 PM: FILM FESTIVAL outside at Lander City Park. Come watch some awesome films and join in a Q&A session with some of our filmmakers and climbers! Bring a chair or blanket to sit on and a raincoat just in case! Raffles at intermission.
9 PM - 12 AM: LIVE MUSIC AT THE GANNETT GRILL/LANDER BAR PATIO with Dave Henry.
