Originally built in 1890s, the buildings found here at 123 Pleasant Street were Morgantown's first major apartment buildings. Over 60 different venues have utilized these buildings, but over time, they fell into disrepair and were scheduled for demolition until they were saved through an effort to preserve them in 1998. The new owner has been successful in combining the history and music of the area.
The Loud, Huntington, WV
