We are thrilled to announce the 3rd Annual Cacapon River Short Film Festival! Join us Saturday, November 16, 2024, from noon to 3 p.m. at the Historic Star Theater in Berkeley Springs, WV.
The festival will celebrate the beauty of our West Virginia rivers, explore the challenges facing our watersheds, and entertain, inform and inspire our community. The event will feature river-related short films from amateur and professional filmmakers.
Mark your calendars and bring your friends! This is a free event (donations appreciated) with free food, and drinks for purchase. All ages welcome!
