Dash and Splash 3K

A fan favorite every year and for good reason.  Dash and Splash is a 2 mile walk / run event on the awesome Ben's Run Trails in Spencer, followed by a pool party.  Beat the heat while you get some great exercise as you follow the single track trails through the woods.  Finish the race and then head straight for the pool for a swim.  Kids race before the main race, and kids diving competition at the pool after!
