Children's Home Society of WV First Annual 5K

Children’s Home Society needs your support. On June 22, 2024, we are hosting our first annual 5k fundraiser at Coonskin Park in Charleston, WV. The Children’s Home Society has been serving children and families for over 114 years. Today, we have 12 locations and provide adoption, foster care, and emergency child shelter care statewide. Our goal is to raise funds that will assist the needs of the children in our shelter and our foster and adoption programs.
The 5K walk/run race will be hosted at Coonskin Park in Charleston, WV. It will be an out and back road race with incline and declines throughout the course. Water stations will be set up for the convenience of the participants.
