We are back and this year we have some special guests! This year we are excited to have the Shepherdstown Fairy Festival bringing something fairy back to town and The Peregrine Roving Theatre Company bringing a new festival of plays that promise to send chills down your spine.

6pm - Trick or Treat/Halloween Party! (German St Closed)
8pm - Shepherdstown Ghost Tour
10pm - Macabre Cabaret at Black Box
