A five-day mountaintop gathering of musicians and friends with contests, concerts, workshops, square dances, camping and vendors. Old time Appalachian music is presented to an audience of more than 3000 musicians and string band music lovers of all ages. The festival attracts visitors and participants from all around the world including all 50 states and more than 20 foreign countries.

11am: Youth & Senior Banjo Contests- Awards to follow each contest - Outdoor Stage

11am: Stretching for Musicians – hosted by Lucy Allen - Picnic Shelter
1-2pm: Flatfoot Dance Workshop with C. Burton - Chestnut Lodge

3pm: New Music Open Mic Registration - Chestnut Lodge
3:30-5pm: New Music Open Mic – with J. Rothfield - Chestnut Lodge
5pm: Banjo Finals and Awards - Outdoor Stage
8-10pm: Flatfoot Family Dance with C. Burton - Picnic Shelter
