Wisconsin Science Festival - Halloween Trick or Treat Hike: Monsters in Merrimac!

The Hike: Join us Friday, October 18, 2024 from 4pm to 7pm for this family-friendly, easy 1.5-mile hike on the Merrimac Segment and Riverland Conservancy Merrimac Preserve for trick-or-treating and a monster hunt! Explore the beautiful, winding prairie while hunting spooks hidden along the way.

Event Details: Wear your costumes and bring your trick-or-treat candy bag on this one-way loop trail. Arrival time is flexible, but expect about 1-2 hours on the trail. The event will close at 7pm. Donations are greatly appreciated to offset the cost of the event and to help us maintain and grow our beautiful trail. Location Details: The hike begins at the Riverland Conservancy Merrimac Preserve parking area behind their barn on Hwy 113 in Merrimac with parking on site.
