Waisman Whirl Run, Walk and Roll for All Abilities
The Waisman Whirl is family-friendly and open to individuals of all abilities—all routes are wheel-chair accessible along with a Kids’ Fun Run through the Waisman Center’s Discovery Garden, an outdoor learning and play space. We are so fortunate to be able to host this event right at the Waisman Center!
This benefit is a key opportunity to raise awareness and funds for the Waisman Center’s clinics, research, and outreach programs that serve thousands of individuals and families affected by developmental disabilities and neurodegenerative diseases—some of human health’s most challenging conditions—such as autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, Parkinson’s disease and ALS.
Proceeds have a direct and significant impact on the children and families who come to the Waisman Center for help and position the Waisman Center to achieve even greater success in the future—in our pursuit of knowledge, in the care that we provide and in the lives that we touch.
