One World - One Festival - You Be the Judge!

The MANHATTAN SHORT Film Festival takes place in 400 venues across 6 continents during one week.  Each year, ten short films are selected and shown across the world. Audiences at each venue are asked to vote on which film they think is best.  No registration required for screenings at the library. Attendees only need to attend ONE date to see all 10 films.
