Join us for our hometown Independence Day Parade. This year's theme is "Through the Decades." The parade will begin on Barstow Street at the Lee Sherman Dreyfus State Office Building 141 NW Barstow Street, proceed down Main Street, turn onto Maple Avenue and end at Wisconsin Avenue.

Children's Bike Unit in the Parade
Decorate your bikes, trikes, and strollers (no motorized units)  and be part of the Children's Unit. Families may walk into the lineup at the Lee Sherman Dreyfus State Office Building and line up near the Children's Unit sign beginning at 10:00 a.m. No registration is required.

Parade Route
As the City of Waukesha prepares for upcoming events, safety protocols and procedures for all events will continue to be reviewed. The city will continue to establish a secure perimeter along the route, with parking restrictions in place along the parade route. As each parade approaches, the city will communicate to the public the times the perimeter will be in effect.
