After a few years away, the Dousman Duathlon is back! For some, Duathlons are a chance to dip their toe into the multisport racing community. For others, it's a welcomed change of pace from running races or triathlons.
The Run - Bike - Run format is a great opportunity to grow as a multisport athlete.
