Celebrate the 4th of July at Wilson Park

The City of Milwaukee’s Fourth of July festivities will once again take place - on Thursday, July 4, 2024.  Milwaukee has long celebrated the Fourth of July with community events throughout the city, a tradition dating back to 1911.  This year, Milwaukee will celebrate this great American holiday with parades, picnics, games, talent contests, fireworks and more.

8:15 a.m: Parade Check-In and Line-Up
9:00 a.m: Parade - Begins at S. 20th St. and W. Howard Ave., Ends at Wilson Park
9:45 a.m: Ice Cre and at Parade End in Wilson Park
10:00 a.m: Flag Raising Ceremony

10:30 a.m: Games, Bounce Houses, Balloon Artist, DJ and More!
Special performance by The Milwaukee Flyers
Food and Drinks Available for Purchase

9:15 p.m: City of Milwaukee Fireworks
