Celebrate America Featuring Fireworks

The City of Kenosha celebrates Independence Day with music and entertainment on multiple stages along the lakefront.
Kenosha County, Happenings Magazine, Festival Foods and community partners join the City of Kenosha to support Celebrate America activities.

New location this year.

Celebrate America will still take place in the downtown area, east of Sheridan Road, and near the water. It will be set up further south from where it was last year.  Food & beverage vendors and stages with live entertainment will be set up on the vacant lot west of Place de Douai (near 56th Street and 3rd Avenue) in HarborPark and in Wolfenbuttel Park (5901 3rd Avenue). The marina is located between those two locations.

The Festival Foods Fireworks will light up the sky over the lakefront.Plan to arrive early in the day to stake out a premium spot with your blanket or lawn chairs. Fireworks are staged at Celebration Place east of the Kenosha Public Museum and Civil War Museum on 1st Avenue in HarborPark. Pack a picnic or choose from a selection of hot, fresh food from local vendors.
