4th of July A one of a kind Island celebration

The Fourth of July is one Madeline Island’s favorite holidays and the traditional kick-off to the summer season. Celebrated with a parade and a bang, it has been described as one of the TOP 10 small town celebrations for the 4th in the entire country.

Our spectacular fireworks show will light up the La Pointe skies at 9:45 pm.

The Madeline Island Ferry Line will not be running any special later boats on the 4th of July. The last scheduled trip to Bayfield is 10:30pm. Please plan accordingly.

The Madeline Island Chamber of Commerce looks forward to the 2024 summer with a full-fledged community celebration.
