West Seattle Monster Dash

This race is a costumed 5k trail run/walk and Kids Dash. 

Paid registration includes a t-shirt featuring our iconic Monster (all races) and bib with timing chip (5K only).

Jogging strollers welcome! Humans and little monsters only though, please leave pets at home.

Kids Zone featuring games, activities, and prizes! Photo booth and professional race photos.

All proceeds go to support South Seattle College Cooperative Preschools!
