Paint the Barn Fundraiser

Join Artisans at the Dahmen Barn for a delightful evening and contribute to the barn's painting fund.

The barn's north and west sides require painting and some repairs. The cupola needs rebuilding; otherwise, rain and snow enter the gallery when the wind is just right. A volunteer has been repairing and painting the small milk house, which can be done with volunteer labor. However, the silo and elevator shaft require a contractor due to Labor and Industry regulations and the need for a lift. The total cost for paint, labor and rebuilding the cupola it $17650.

Plein Air Paint Out: September 9th - September 14th

September 14th: Plein Air Painters at the Barn

-- 4pm: Plein Air painters submit their paintings

-- 4pm-5pm: Enjoy happy hour with light appetizers and a cash bar

-- 5pm: Savor a lasagna dinner complete with bread, salad and dessert.

-- Participate in our Silent Auction and Dollar Auction (bring your $1 bills) many fun items including original paintings from local artists who paint local scenes around the barn and in Colton & Uniontown.
