Orting Valley Farmers Market

The Orting Valley Farmers Market strives to create a welcoming, wholesome atmosphere where vendors and consumers can meet for mutual benefit, emphasizing local fresh farm products, locally prepared and handcrafted items, and educational and social opportunities for participants.  Our vision is a market that supports local agriculture, the local economy, and the local community.

This is the only Friday farmers market in Pierce County and is located in the heart of the fertile valley that supports Pierce County agriculture. This market also has a fabulous view of Mt Rainier and is right on the Foothills Trail, with quick access to the Puyallup and Carbon Rivers. Orting is a quaint, small town with lots of character and neat shops to visit as well. A playground is across the street from the market venue- the market takes up North Park- a beautiful grassy and tree shaded park in the heart of Orting.
