Our story
Omnivore Cellars was formed in 2008 as a few restaurant grunts trying to learn a little bit more about something we all felt passionate about, food and wine.
After training as a Sommelier through the International Sommeliers Guild, I realized that world class grapes were being grown only two and a half hours away in the high desert plains of the Columbia Valley, Washington. So we started trucking the fruit over the pass, and Omnivore Cellars was born.
Omnivore Cellars is a small boutique winery committed to hand crafting elegant varietal expressions from the hard efforts of passionate grape growers.
Our philosophy is to let the region, climate, grower, and varietal do all the heavy lifting, get out of the way and let the wine speak for itself.
