Scouting Salute to Veterans Parade

In honor of the brave men and women who continue to preserve freedom enjoyed by Americans, the Green Mountain Council of Scouting America is proud to present the annual Scouting Salute to Veterans parade, Saturday, November 9th, 2024, rain or shine. This year’s “Scouting Salute to Veterans Parade” will be hosted by Brandon, Vermont. 

All Scouting America and Girl Scouts of the USA units are invited to march in uniform as we honor our Veterans!

Host Committee: Pack & Troops 110/2019

Arrival and Lineup: 9:00-10:00 A.M.

Muster Location: Park Street in Brandon (Follow Signs)

Parking: On street (Country Club Road is reserved fully for parking)

Step Off: 10:30 A.M.

Parade Route: Begins on Park Street Heading West to Central Park Road

Ceremony Location: Brandon Village Green

Lunch Location: The Brandon Inn Grounds - 20 Park St, Brandon, VT 05733 (Lunch included for all marchers)

Camping Location (Not Included): Branbury State Park located at 3570 Lake Dunmore Rd. Salisbury, VT
