This 5k trail running race is to benefit the Open Medicine Foundation (OMF), which is researching chronic, complex diseases, ME/CFS and Long Covid. The most common symptoms of ME/CFS are post-exertional malaise (worsening of symptoms upon even minimal exertion), un-refreshing sleep, profound fatigue, cognitive impairment, orthostatic intolerance, and pain.
This race will support the brilliant researchers at OMF who provide hope for treatments and a cure! Join us for an awesome community day at COFC.
Cost is $20/ racer. Profits will support OMF and COFC. Spectators are encouraged to join us to cheer, mingle, and hang out around a warm fire.
