Isham Family Farm

About Us:

Isham Family Farm was originally the Murray Homestead, built by some of Williston's first settlers of 1788, and is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Jairus David Isham purchased the 125-acre Murray Farm in 1871. Since then, it has been passed down through the Isham family and is now owned by fifth-generation farmer Mike Isham who has started several other enterprises on the farm. In 2002, Mike's farther, David Isham, chose to conserve the entire farm with the Vermont Land Trust to ensure that is will always remain a farm for the enjoyment of future generations.

Just 1 mile north of Lake Iroquois, 3.5 miles south of Williston Village and I-89, and 10.5 miles south of downtown Burlington, the farm is easily accessible to visitors. Out-of-town guests attending events and weddings at the farm have access to numerous nearby lodging facilities.
