Burlington Irish Heritage Festival

For our 28th Festival, thanks to our supporters, we are offering a special event – a tribute concert for Senator Patrick Leahy, Vermont’s own Irish-American legislator, on the occasion of his retirement. This event, March 11, will showcase the outstanding talent we have in Vermont, featuring many of the performers you have seen over the years as they celebrate Irish culture through music, dance, and poetry. In the week after our March 11 kickoff, we’ll have more of the events you’ve come to connect with the BIHF, including a community ceili, an introduction to the Irish language, children’s crafts, movies, and our grand finale, the Festival Ceili at City Hall, Burlington.
