45th Annual Bear Swamp Run

A 5.7 mile loop course on mostly dirt roads which climbs 450 ft in the first three miles and then gradually descends to the finish. Number pickup from 8:00am to 8:45am on race day.

Divisions:
Female, male, and non-binary: 0-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
Awards: Awards to overall female, male, and non-binary champion plus the first two finishers in the age divisions listed above.

Registration Fees:

Online pre-registration: $2 for 0-19; $8 for 20 and above.
Race day registration: $4 for 0-19; $10 for 20 and above.
