Opening its 20th anniversary season with a Baroque flourish, the Chamber Music Society of Central Virginia celebrates the music of George Friderick Handel. This special program is a bespoke playlist of gorgeous instrumental music inspired by one of the composer's most beloved works, the Messiah, plus a special commission from composer Zachary Wadswoth. All of this glorious music will be performed on an eleven-piece orchestra of period instruments.
