Mindful Nature Journey: Spring Renewal with the Pink Moon
Wednesday, March 26, 2025 from 10:00am to 12:30pm
The Grounds of Livev
10728 Vale Road
Step into the sacred rhythm of the lunar cycle at The Grounds of Livev, where we gather monthly for mindful nature journeys inspired by traditional moon themes. This session, falling a few days before the New Pink Moon, explores themes of renewal and emergence through the restorative mindful and bodyful practice of nature & forest therapy, also known as forest bathing (inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku).
About This Journey
Join certified nature and forest therapy guide Ilana Rubin of Kindred Nature for an intimate 2.5-hour morning experience weaving together nature connection practices with the Pink Moon's themes of renewal and awakening. As we explore The Grounds' enchanting landscapes, you'll discover how spring's emergent energy can inspire your own sense of renewal while experiencing the science-backed benefits of nature therapy including reduced stress, restored mental clarity, and improved wellbeing.
Your Experience
During our journey, you'll be invited to:
- Explore how the Pink Moon's themes of renewal and emergence might resonate with your own life journey
- Relax into guided mindfulness practices to relieve stress and find belonging with nature
- Awaken each of your senses through gentle nature connection invitations
- Connect and share reflections as part of a supportive community
- Close with tea, light snacks, and intention-setting for the month ahead
This session is part of our monthly Moon Wisdom Series, and no knowledge of lunar cycles is needed. You're welcome to join us for the full series to experience the complete cycle of moons, or participate in individual sessions that resonate with you.
