Join us for our 2023 Mental Relief Summer 5K Walk/Run series slated to begin on July 15th. All three events of this series will be hybrid (On-Site and Virtual).  Any participant(s) able to make it to all three events will receive a free workout session and a gift card compliments of No Plateau Zone, LLC!
