A certified course through McLean is designed to appeal to runners of all abilities. One more reason to participate - The proceeds from McLean 5K Race will benefit the McLean Community Foundation, our local charity that supports all things McLean, from fire trucks to playgrounds to social services. For more than 35 years, MCF grants have enhanced the quality of life in McLean, encouraged civic spirit and supported community projects that we all value.
CENTURY 21 New Millennium, The Greater McLean Chamber of Commerce and our other generous sponsors invite you to join the event hosts, McLean Community Center and McLean Community Foundation, for the McLean 5K Race. Recruit a team of co-workers, teammates, neighbors and friends and mark the calendar for October 5, 2024. Race starts at 8 a.m.!
Registration will be available at packet pick up on Friday (the day before the race, October 4) at the Old Firehouse (1440 Chain Bridge Rd, McLean, Va. 22101) from 9 a.m.-8 p.m. and on Saturday morning before the race at the event site from 7-8 a.m.
Awards will be given to the overall male and female finisher, plus the top two male & females finishers in the following age groups will receive a medal: Under 9, 1-14, 15-19, 20- 24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
