Creatures Great & Small Festival

This is the 2nd annual Creatures Great & Small Festival celebrating and showcasing Central Virginia animal rescue groups.  On Sunday Sept 15 from 12 noon to 4pm at the Scottsville Pavilion, eleven groups will feature petting pens, selfie-photo stands, and meet-and-greets for adoptable puppies, kittens, bunnies, goats, horses, donkeys and more.  Lunch-plus food truck offerings will include barbecue, hot sandwiches, veggie tacos, Turkish street food, funnel cakes, ices and more.  There will be a day-long Blessing of the Animals, live music and a Festival Mega-Raffle to benefit the groups.  Admission is free and pets are welcome.  More details at james-river-good-works-group.square.site
