Join hosts Jim Santangelo from the Wine Academy of Utah, Heather Cox from Bee Hive Cheese Company, and Heidi Orr from Digby’s Market as they create delicious and exotic tiny bites that make a fun pairing with your favorite Utah wines. You’ll love learning more about how to taste cheese like a pro, what makes a dried meat so special and why these foods have been the soul mate of great wines throughout the millennia. 9:00 p.m: Whiskey and Cigar Social

Back by popular demand. We had so many requests to bring this event back and we are pleased to say it is on the list of our 2024 Festival events.  Join Host Jim Santangelo as he pairs 3 of his favorite whiskeys with one of his favorite cigars. Enjoy the how the whiskey changes the flavor of the cigar and vice versa. This is a fun way to wind down and relax as you prepare to take on a weekend of activities.
